Hi, and thank you for your interest in performing at the Starwood Festival 2025. This application is for musical and artistic performances suitable for the Starwood Festival's stages (Main Stage, Greenman Tavern, Pufferdome). If your proposal is accepted, we will contact you for further information such as time and place.

All applications must be submitted to Rosencomet Project by January1st, 2025.

We may be unable to schedule proposals received after the above date.

Performers are expected to teach at least two workshops throughout the event.  If desired, more than two workshops can be hosted.  Additionally, information detailing your workshops is required.

Workshop slots are 1.25 hours (75 minutes), so attempt for one time slot per workshop.  If needed, it is possible to schedule back to back workshops, or a double (2.5 hours).
